The public consultation will run for 3 weeks, commencing on 31st October and closing on 21st November 2025. Following pre-application and stakeholder engagement, Northstone will consider your comments, and those from the Council. These will help Northstone to develop the scheme for planning submission.

Once the application is submitted, we will update this website with the application’s reference number and link to the application on the Council’s online public access portal. This will allow you to view the submission documents and comment on the application.
