It should be understood that Northstone is undertaking formal pre-application engagement with Council to inform the design evolution of the proposed development, building on the principles established from the southern parcel. 

 

Formal feedback, along with comments from this public consultation, will  inform the final proposals that will be subject of the planning application submitted to the Council later this year.
